THE CLUB SONG

To be sung to the tune of, The Road to Gundagai.

The current song has not changed alot from the original

PHOS chant "Plympton Dinky Di". With PHOSs change from the Panthers to the Phantoms in the 1980s, club legend

Jim Jackaman penned the new lyrics that have been belted out on many a joyous occassion.

Always to be sung with spirit and passion! Wheather it be after a hard fought victory, in celebration of just being a Phantom.

Club tradition states that following all Saturday night presentations a win is celebrated with all present players & supporters "please be upstanding" and the Current Phantoms Song sung:

AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRREEEEE WE FIT,
ARE WE TOUGH,
ARE WE STRONG WHEN THINGS GET ROUGH,
WE ARE THE PHANTOMS, THROUGH AND THROUGH!

IN ANY KIND OF WEATHER,
AS LONG AS WE'RE TOGETHER,
WE'LL FIGHT FOR THE GOLD AND BLUE!

ARE WE FIT,
ARE WE TOUGH,
ARE WE STRONG WHEN THINGS GET ROUGH,
WE ARE THE PHANTOMS, THROUGH AND THROUGH!
